The brief

A café lives or dies on cravings and convenience. 7M had both, and a brand people in Sialkot already talk about. What it didn't have was a website doing that brand justice. Orders came in over the phone, specials were announced on social and forgotten by the next day, and anyone searching for the menu found nothing reliable.

The brief was simple: put the brand online, make ordering effortless, and build for the phone first, because that's where café customers live.

A website that only looks good is a brochure. A website that produces orders is an asset.

What we built

The site leads with appetite. Full-width photography, the day's specials up front, and the "Order Now" button sitting wherever a hungry person's thumb is likely to be. The menu is one swipe away, and the order-ahead flow covers both pickup and delivery.

  • Brand-forward hero: "A Premium Blend of Taste & Tradition" does the talking
  • Order-ahead flow for pickup or delivery, right from the homepage
  • Menu, specials, reviews and store info without hunting
  • Built to load fast on a slow mobile connection
1

Scope call

One call, plain language: what the café sells, who buys it, and what the site must do. Written down as a scope both sides sign off.

2

Design & content

Layout, photography and copy built around one decision: the visitor's appetite.

3

Build

Mobile-first development, the ordering flow wired in, pages kept light for 4G.

4

Test on real phones

Every flow tested on actual Android handsets on mobile data. Broken things fixed before launch, not after.

5

Launch, handover & support

Site goes live, credentials and documentation handed over, and the team stays reachable.

Outcome

The café now takes order-ahead business through the site: specials get a proper home, the menu is findable, and ordering no longer depends on someone free to answer the phone. The client owns the site, credentials and all.

What it means for your business

If your customers are ordering by phone or finding nothing when they search for you, this is what changes it: a written scope, a build that respects the phone in your customer's hand, and a team that tests before it launches. The same process is ready for your business, whatever you sell.
